1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

• Please print out application and handwrite information.
• Application fee: $35/applicant. 
• Move-in fee: $150. 
• These are due at the time of application with either a check or money order ONLY.  Please mail application to: 950 SW 21st Ave Portland, Or 97205 or fax it to: 503-226-6115.  If you choose to fax in the applictation, you must overnight the checks to hold your unit.  As soon as we recieve the checks, we can begin to process your application.  
• Deposit is dependant on your background and is either $0 or 1 months rent, due at time of move-in.
